Vice President Joe Biden advised international leaders Tuesday that Donald Trump shouldn’t be taken significantly while he threatens to withdraw US support from NATO.
Biden, assembly in Latvia with leaders of Baltic countries, blasted the Republican presidential candidate for his views at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
“The reality that you sometimes pay attention some thing from a presidential candidate in the other celebration, it’s nothing that should be taken severely due to the fact I don’t suppose he is familiar with what Article five is,” Biden said, consistent with ABC.

Last month, Trump recommended he might not be a supporter of Article 5.
